Im a teenager and I love to tan so I bought Beyond Black Lotion and they sent me this kind but they gave me my money back. I was out of lotion so I decided to keep it. Before I used this I layed 1 time for 8 minutes. I am very pale skined. I wear ivory foundation if that gives you any clue as to how pale I am. But anyway I went and layed again with this lotion for 10 minutes. The tingle is not bad it was only bad the first 2 times I used it cause I have never used a tingle lotion before. I layed in the tanning bed last year and never got dark at all. I decided that I would start laying in January this year to be kinda tan by April. So I have layed 6 times (1 for 8, 1 for 10, 1 for 12, 2 for 15 and 2 for 18 minutes) and I am darker than I ever was last year. I thought I would never tan but I did. I am so happy with my color. So excited about this tanning lotion! This tingle is amazingly hot for beginners, but I've been using a tingle for some time so it's not too bad. The tingle will be transferred from your hands to others until you wash them, wiping them off doesn't do the trick. The bronzers in it get you tan quick and don't leave any streaks unless you just don't pay attention. Also, with normal bronzers, I watch the color wash right off in the shower, but these seem to stick more I guess. At least I don't see the bronzers going down the drain! And the smell really does smell like blackberry citrus. Didn't know that there was such a smell, but it really smells like it. The after smell still smells like burnt skin, but that has never been a decider for me. This lotion has definitely helped me surpass my tanning peak! I will definitely be buying this one again!

This tanning lotion is good and it work decent, I know I have got a little darker but not much. After I put it on it starts to burn my skin before I get into my tanning bed, when I get into the tanning bed I get releif. But I do sweat with it a lot. Everyone knows of that lotion that makes your skin darker and when you shower you wash it off, well with insanely black you only wash half the color off :( the worst thing about the lotion is everyone I touch after I've tanned, it makes there skin where I touched red and they say it burns really bad (even my six year old son) not good!

I just used this product for the first time today at the tanning salon. I guess it's ok, I don't normally turn red after tanning but I did this time after using this product. Some what red and blotchy, it does have a little bit of a tingle but not bad. I most likely won't buy this product again, but I was looking to try something new to help enhance my tan. The price was right, but I think I will just continue to use my usual tanning lotion.

I thought that I had an allergic reaction when I used this product. I had to work that night and almost had to call in because I was BRIGHT red. I went home and took an ice cold shower to cool my skin off and still had big patches of red all over me. I don't have super sensitive skin so I was really surprised at how it affected me. I guess if you like the tingling lotions then you might like this but I can't imagine why anyone would want to look like a lobster after tanning.

I have used the brand "Tan Towel" for many years. I went on a web search hurt for another brand of tanning towels to save money. I found the One Step Tan Sunless Self Tan Towels. I recieved them very quickly in the mail. The tan towel itself does work, a very very light tan. It does not give a dark tan, use for several days in a row to see a darker tan. I will go back to Tan Towel, I get my result faster. I'm able to skip a few days in between tanning, in the long run I'm able to stretch out my tan towels. I read alot of reviews and I do listen to them. I hope I have been able to help someone out with their tanning towel questions.

I purchased this product in good faith, they claimed to have a return policy. I simply will not purchase anything that does not! I received it very quickly, this was the only positive. Simply put, after using 7 towels over a period of 2 days, the "tan" I received was almost non existant. I had purchased 3 boxes in order to get free shipping, this cost 65. . I emailed the address they said was for returns........no response. I emailed them again......no response. I emailed them 5 times and was completely ignored. I called the number on the box, there is no phone number anywhere on their website, I guess this should have been a red flag......
The number answers and spouts all the usual crap about the call being monitored for quality control, and then it says the extension is not a valid one. Since I didn't dial an ext., just the number on the box, I have no idea what they mean.

I tried the towels a year ago but forgot why I did not continue. Now I know. I have applied four towels each day for two days but could not get the dark tan I wanted. I also read somewhere that towels have a short shelf life and my three boxes came with dust on them so there is no way to know how long they have been on the shelf. The product does smell good and I have had no problem with stained clothes or sheets. I like the idea of not having to exfoliate but not yet sure how long or how even my light tan will last. My next product to try is Banana Boat dark tan lotion.

The first thing I'll say is that unles syou absolutely love the smell of Ginger, don't but this because all you'll smell for days is ginger. It's nice at first but the novelty wears off in a hurry.

Mediocre color obtained as well.

Overlal, if you're looking for a tanner with little/no bronzer then this is for you (which is what I was looking for)

The scent is so overpowering, be warned!
