I have used the brand "Tan Towel" for many years. I went on a web search hurt for another brand of tanning towels to save money. I found the One Step Tan Sunless Self Tan Towels. I recieved them very quickly in the mail. The tan towel itself does work, a very very light tan. It does not give a dark tan, use for several days in a row to see a darker tan. I will go back to Tan Towel, I get my result faster. I'm able to skip a few days in between tanning, in the long run I'm able to stretch out my tan towels. I read alot of reviews and I do listen to them. I hope I have been able to help someone out with their tanning towel questions.  Buyer Beware! I simply will not purchase anything that does not! I received it very quickly, this was the only positive. Simply put, after using 7 towels over a period of 2 days, the "tan" I received was almost non existant. I had purchased 3 boxes in order to get free shipping, this cost 65. . I emailed the address they said was for returns........no response. I emailed them again......no response. I emailed them 5 times and was completely ignored. I called the number on the box, there is no phone number anywhere on their website, I guess this should have been a red flag......The number answers and spouts all the usual crap about the call being monitored for quality control, and then it says the extension is not a valid one. Since I didn't dial an ext., just the number on the box, I have no idea what they mean. This company is a scam. If you purchase from them and do not like the product, which you won't... Read more  Smells nice, This review is from: Sunless Self Tanning Towels - Box of 12 Towelettes by One Step Tan (Misc.) I tried the towels a year ago but forgot why I did not continue. Now I know. I have applied four towels each day for two days but could not get the dark tan I wanted. I also read somewhere that towels have a short shelf life and my three boxes came with dust on them so there is no way to know how long they have been on the shelf. The product does smell good and I have had no problem with stained clothes or sheets. I like the idea of not having to exfoliate but not yet sure how long or how even my light tan will last. My next product to try is Banana Boat dark tan lotion. |
